We are delighted to announce that we are now open to our holiday homeowners and holiday makers who have booked self-contained holiday accommodation.
We thank you for your patience, but we continue to be supportive of the Government guidance to ease the country out of this lockdown, keeping you and our communities safe.
The current guidance states that only self-contained accommodation can re-open i.e. all self-catering that has its own bathroom and holiday homes for owners. Only one household is permitted unless exempt. The list of exemptions can be found here as part of the extended support bubble https://www.gov.uk/guidance/making-a-support-bubble-with-another-household#who-can-make-a-support-bubble.
Touring customers in self-contained campervans or caravans are permitted but all of our shared facilities will remain closed until the next Step 3 date May 17th. This date will also be reviewed two weeks before this is confirmed. If you have a touring unit that does not have its own facilities onboard, please contact us directly firstname.lastname@example.org and our team can advise.
Please note shared facilities include washing up areas, toilet and shower blocks, laundry, and kitchenette will remain closed until May the 17th. May the 17th will be the next Step 3 phase proposed date when all remaining hospitality can re-open.
Reception, Play Park, and the Shop will be open with social distancing measures in place. Face masks must be worn in all inside areas.
The Mansion Bar will have limited opening times, a notice of opening times can be found on all general notice boards outside. People must remain seated in the outside areas only, customers must order, eat, and drink while seated.
Please note: The rule of six or two households applies in outdoor areas. To read more about the roadmap out of lockdown in England, please go to https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-response-spring-2021/covid-19-response-spring-2021-summary
Test & Trace
