Directions

By Car: Waterfoot Park is easily accessed from the M6. Simply leave the motorway at Junction 40, head west along the A66 (signposted to Rheged and Ullswater 'Steamers'), then turn left on the A592. Follow the road for about three miles. If you reach the lake, you've gone too far!

By Train: Getting here by train is also quite simple. Penrith is on the main west coast line and trains run regularly from London Euston and Glasgow Central. It is then just a ten minute taxi ride to the leisurely relaxation of Waterfoot Park.
